High flying Eagles do it again!

Following their successful 2014 season – where they came top of the Carlisle District Cricket

League (CDCL), the Edenside Eagles have been crowned champions once again as they

swooped to pick up back to back championships with the 2015 title heading back to ‘The

Nest’ as their home ground at Carlisle Cricket Club is known.

Gaining shirt sponsorship from J&J Electrical local specialist electrical contractor at the start

of this year’s campaign was a tremendous plus for the team, enabling them to showcase

their Edenside Eagles logo and twitter address alongside J&J Electricals.

The Eagles were delighted with the support commenting “This was a tremendous way to

start our 2015 campaign. Last season we played in a variety of shirts but now we really felt

like we look professional as well…and winning the championship again means we put in the

performance to back this up!”
